永井麻美子さんの人気シリーズ「百花手」。
全面に四季折々の花が描かれています。椿や藤、桜などなど、たくさんのお花は水を浴びたように艶やかに光、テーブルを華やかに彩ります。
その彩は瑞々しく、九谷焼本来の重厚さをも感じさせます。

The entire surface is adorned with flowers from various seasons. Camillias, wisteria and cherry blossoms sparkle and glisten as if still wet, to accent the table with brilliant colors.
The vibrant freshness still maintains the historical weight of famous Kutani yaki.
永井麻美子さんの工房には、作成途中のジュエリーボックスがありました。
ジュエリーボックスは、お祖母様から譲り受けたネックレスや指輪を見ているうちに、作成したくなったそうです。
The jewelry box idea came about while going through her grandmother’s jewelries she had inherited.
永井麻美子さんの作品は、いつでも日々の中にあります。
「ブルーガーデン」という永井麻美子さんの代表作シリーズでは、庭の花を描いていました。「百花手」シリーズは四季の花。オーブン皿は熱々のグラタンをそのままテーブルへのせられるようにと。そんなふうに永井麻美子さんの作品は、日々の生活の中から生み出されます。
だからこそ、使いやすく優しさを感じます。
Mamiko Nagai’s creations is ever present in everyday life.
In the “Blue Garden”, her representative work, depicts flowers from her garden. “Hyakkate”series came from flowers of the seasons. Oven dish is for hot au gratin dishes to be served straight to the table. Mamiko Nagai’s works are all born from her everyday life.
That is why they are all easy to use and gentle to the touch.
